About
ArthaBuddy, and why Brauni exists.
We are a lending business first. We built the product we needed, and we are proving it on our own desk before we ask anyone else to rely on it.
Why we built it
ArthaBuddy runs a loan advisory desk — comparing offers across banks and NBFCs for personal, business and home loans. Like every desk that lives on enquiries, we had more leads than people to call them, and the ones nobody reached were the ones we lost.
Brauni is the calling system we built to fix that for ourselves: a CRM for our telecallers, an AI agent that works the rest of the list beside them, and the compliance checks both have to pass before a phone rings. We are running it on our own desk first, and opening it to other teams that call leads for a living.
