Lending · in pilot

Built inside a loan desk, for the calls a loan desk makes.

Borrowers enquire in several places at once and go with whoever calls first. The agent calls every enquiry on the list, in Hindi, English or both, finds out who needs a loan and what kind, and records how each call ended — so your advisors start their day with the people who said yes.

What it asks a borrower

You write the call guide; this is the one the pilot runs. The agent works through it one question at a time, and follows up on each answer the way a good telecaller would — a salaried borrower is asked about the employer, a business owner about the business.

The loan
Which product, and roughly how much.
Income
Salaried or self-employed, and monthly income — numbers are spoken in Hindi, the way people say them.
Where
The city, so the right team and lenders pick it up.
When to call back
A time inside your calling hours, worked out by the system rather than guessed by the model.

What it will not do

Ask for documents or IDs
It is built never to ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or an OTP, and the CRM has no field to store a government ID at all.
Invent a rate
It quotes only product notes someone on your team has approved. Edit a note and it goes back to draft until it is approved again. Anything it has not been given, it leaves to your advisor.
Pretend to be a person
By default its first sentence says it is an AI, and it says so whenever it is asked.
Call a number on DND
The registry is checked when each call is placed, not once at upload. In the lending book we measured, 4 in 10 numbers were registered.

The products in the pilot

Personal loans, business loans, home loans and loan against property. Another product is a set of approved notes away — what it is, who it suits, and what the agent may and may not say about it.

Where it is running

On ArthaBuddy's own loan desk, first. The AI works the long tail of the enquiry list while the advisors work the people who said yes — in the same CRM, from separate lists, so the agent can never ring someone an advisor is already talking to.
